The Strapless Wedding Dress Arm Workout!

You found your gorgeous strapless dress and now all you want is to have those killer toned arms to show off with it and why wouldn’t you when it’s your DAY! There are tons of things you can do to tighten up and get those defined shoulders like Jessica Biel and Jennifer Anniston, but I am going to give you the BEST WEDDING DRESS WORKOUT FOR TONED ARMS!

In order to do this workout you will need a pair of dumb bells of at least 10lbs lady. Trust me you will not bulk up, you will only get tight. If you want definition you have to lift heavier then the 5lbs. Perform each exercise for 15-20 reps a few times a week if you can. You want to give your body at least a day to rest in between lifting sessions.

  • Shoulder Press
  • Bent Over Dumbbell Row
  • Standing Bicep Curl
  • Overhead Tricep Extension
  • Body Weight Pushups (Can be done on knees)
  • Side Lateral Shoulder Raise

Perform this workout as a circuit which means you will perform each exercise back to back with no rest until you have done all 6 exercises through which will equal 1 round. Do for a total of 3-4 rounds depending on your fitness level and you will be well on your way to those sexy toned arms for your Wedding Day!
